    Missing diamonds

    Hello ,

    I am pretty angry because I´ve just seen my diamonds disappearing without any reason . I had 8028 before reset , I used 200 ( side quests and 1 pool) and I had 7828 . Suddendly I saw missing 500 WITHOUT ME USING ANY , I wrote a ticket asking what´s happen ...and UNDER MY EYES I saw another 3000 flying away.I have not used any of those diamonds. CAN I KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? of course nobody have my acces data , I did not bought any item , I dont have any item in my backpack I could buy, I was not having any reason to spend this diamonds.
    As you put `" the precious" in your hot events , it is supposing that the bonus get used HOW AND WHEN I WISH , right?

    I am expecting a fast answer from the support , till then you can say good bye to my money here.

              Hi, I removed some of your post as you can post ticket information in the forums. You must follow up with the ticket, I suggest you not threaten any legal action and the help stops immediately and your account could be suspended.
