    Billing issue ?

    Hello Dear r2games elfs

    So I get the the same issue with the recharge but its lil bit more complicated.... so I recharged 2k dias on 20.12 did not get the 2nd recharge reword from HOT EVENT... BOOM

    The reset came in kicking new day begins and what to see ? I can collect reword BUT NOT RECEIVE IT IN MY INVENTORY! and did not recharge that new day...

    SO... my Issue and question is... What do I get? the 2k Dia reword... or the next day recharge... cuz I think there is a bit of mess her. And again my question is am I screwd for 20/12 or 21/12 ? or for both...


    I opened a ticket but before the new day kicked in... I don't wanna spam tickets cuz I belive the ELFS are working hard on gazilion tickets right now...

    First picture is the Precious event : If you recharged 2k in a single recharge, you could get the 2k reward also, if you recharge 500/500/1k, you can't/won't.
    Second picture : It shows how much you recharged, yes.
    Third picture : That event is new and shows that the next day you haven't recharged.

      so 2nd and 3rd pic are taken 1 after another in the same day

        I don't wanna recharge today.. or don't wanna collect the freaking rewords for them but 2nd pic said I RECHARGED TODAY... DID I ? 3rd pic said I DID NOT RECHARGE TODAY.... so the system is working fine as u said I guess.... I JUST WANT TO KNOW if this is LEGIT and NOT BUGGED as u said... WE ARE PLAYING WITH MONEY here..


        add : w.e. nothing is missing guess no r2 elf is interested about it... have a nice Christmas

          No, you're wrong.
          Second picture shows the total recharged you did since event started.
          If you recharged 10k yesterday, today it will still show 10k, but you won't collect the same rewards like you did yesterday.
