Christmas Party V reward missing

Today i recharged 5000 diamonds for hot event rewards and as pictures show it definetely went thru as i cld recieve some of the prizes for that amount.

The prize for recharging 3999 in Christmas Party V has not been awarded to me though

i have submitted ticket #240167 be grateful if this could be looked into.
