guild attributes BR

hey all,

when you compare to other players there's a line saying guild attributes.
Anyone can tell to what it exactley refers. Im way way behind on almost everyone and i can't seem to boost that particular thing.

Its really annoying me since i can,'t find a decent answer to it.
