For the holiday event, I received the LOA Xmas Gift pack code and the LOA Stormsock code (the codes match the game I am playing, so that's not the issue). When I click on the little gift icon in the top right corner, where you can exchange codes, the game tells me that the "gift pack does not exist." As far as I can tell, this is the only method of redeeming these codes. Question is how do I get them to work?
