    can't claim prizes in yearly review

    on the challenge tab i can't claim my prizes even though its in green collect tab and i have already meet the requirement. when i tried to click it says
    "DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS" .but i have already clear the stages. please fix it / help me out. thats a loads of prizes there.
