recruit does not see crest bought in yearly review.if i bought the crest ,do i still need the ruby herosouls

Heroes that require crests are on Astral and Enigma Tavern.
For those heroes, you need their Crest + the hero-souls required.
It's been a rumor that it doesn't show the crest even if you have it, but if you have the crest and hero-souls for that hero, you can recruit it, it's just a visual bug which it can't get fixed I think, will try to see about it.
