I've been consistently in the top 20 from when Dark Abyss was introduced yet I'm never able to claim any prizes. Is it just me or is it broken for everyone?

U can collect ur price from here only it won't show u in RANKINGS.

tbh I don't know why they have that button, but you obviously can't claim ranking rewards for the current day since ranks may change. You can collect your ranking rewards from the day before by going into the 'Yesterday' tab.Comment

If you rank into top20 each day on abyss, when the next day starts, your reward be available on " Yesterday " Tab, because that day ended and a new one started.
If you don't rank, you will get a bonus buff depending on your stars made on that run.

Thanks all. I just assumed it was 'broken' and never bothered/was too lazy to inquire. Missed out on hundreds of marks and vouchers.
