Does anyone else have a glitch in their Zodiac and Loops??

for the last 6 days i have been getting a database error when i try to do the zodiac it is like it is stuck, it wont start and it wont clear by hitting cancel, and since the zodiac is trying to work it is affecting my ability to do my daily loops we currently have a tycoon going on and it ends tomorrow and i keep asking the R2 Elves if i will be compensated for the losses i am incurring and all they tell me is to please be patient they cant even tell me how much longer i have to wait and I PAY for this game every month as well as spending money on things i want you would think that R2 would treat their VIP's better than this. is anyone else having this
problem or had it fixed?? and if fixed how long did it take??

Just dont understand why so many players doesnt search forum and start a new thread on the same old thing again and again.
