Missing 4k diamonds !!!

Yes even sended them a that forum link here. That they can see i made all prefore reset and that they can see screenshots what proofeing that im missing stuff.
but no answer long time now.
And i made recharge 2 hours prefore server refreshed and got diamonds like 45 minutes ago.
Thats not my fault.

I have a question for the moderators on this, do diamonds collected from the precious event count towards total recharge? I didnt think they did which, unless i am misunderstanding the information, is why you did not get total recharge rewards.

i recharged 11k when tycoon was so its enought to get 10k recharge reward in total recharge
and look all pics prefore you post !

From the screenshots provided, it does in fact say he completed 7k recharge between 10th and 12th, the recent 4k though The date was cut off.

What also could of happened was he recharged the last 4k diamonds near reset that the diamonds didn't go through until after reset. But that's all speculation, all we can do is wait for the billing/admin team to confirm

Look at that picture you see i made 11k between that time when total recharge reward was collectable !
I made last 4k diamonds recharge 2 hours prefore server reset ! I think my bank account have time too when i made transfer ...

I got 4k diamonds what i bought but now im missing that total rcharge reward!



And i didint get to collect " Hot Event " Event The Presious reward! I recharged 4k diamonds so i could claim other 4k diamonds from The Presious event!




Now you see all and i made payment 2 hours prefore server reset. and i havent took that much time to get my diamonds it was your payment fault not mine!

And about you sayd i made transfer near reset !
I didint and let GM-s look when did my money comed to theyr bank account.
I used toes things to make paymenth !




And i got transfer details where you can see what time i made the transfer !



That time shows my bank. But GM-s can look when did my money got to theyr bank account. all paymenth information is here to check when did they got my money and when i should get diamonds.

Now should everything be clear you guys to get me my missing stuff !
