    The empty GM line is a display issue, not a missing reply. The reply you should read is above that.

    Billing has applied for the missing diamonds for the Precious event, it will take about another 24 hours for you to get them in game.

    Pro has applied for the missing items for the 10,000 Recharge, which you should receive soon.

      Okey. I saw GM-s answers too. But now 3 hours past that and for now havent get non. But okey ill w8 longer.
      And they answered me yetserday does things. So today i should get does missing stuff. IM looking to my game mail and nothing there too.
