Same at s56 and s23. Think we can say it's on all servers.

To everyone : DAMAGE does count, it's only a visual bug/glitch, and it was reported.
It's on all servers.
When you attack in CoM, Wyrm Race, Arena, Raiders, Wb, Gauntlet, you are doing damage, but on Log it shows 0.
