    Inferno bug?

    Today I did inferno, I started by myself but didn't clear fully and didn't get any reward! That was my first try. The second one I started to do, I got "user error status" when I tried to attack a monster. After when I went out from inferno and I tried to get back there I had 0 attempt left and also didn't get any reward.
    I can't take any pics because I don't have any attempts left lol.

    When you enter on a inferno by yourself, even if you go and clear everything but can't kill boss, or just enter and stay there and after 1 hour you will receive the lowest rank rewards.
    For the " user error status " might try to clear cache and cookies, close and re-open browser.

      Yes I know I would get the reward for rank D but I didn't get any. I checked out my mails but havent got any letter from inferno today.

        Well, I reopened my browser but nothing happened. Still 0 attemp and no reward. I wait 30-40 mins more may I'll get the reward but dont think so.

          You waited 1 hour? After 1 hour you should check your mail and see after, I am sure rewards/attempts don't dissapear like that.

            The first try I did, was about 4 hours ago, and still nothing. The second one was about 50 minutes ago.

              Well, I got nothing for 2x inferno today. I waited enough time between the beginning and ending so what now?

                Be sad and try again tomorrow. This has happened to me once as well, but I did not see any reason why it should have happened. Got fixed the next day though. (And obviously you cannot prove it either, sicne you cannot make a screenshot of a mail NOT being send)

                  most prolly yer inferno was active during update. happened to me once.

                  like tauriel said, itll be workin next day hopefully.
