Cant Synth LV 20 Weapons "Database Error"

When i tried to synth ... keep showing "database error" although i have all resources i need to synth a weapon.. but it still shows error... i asked other lv 20 - 30 users and they felt the same prob... (this is a fact... if dont believe it then make new char then play till reach 20 or higher then try to synth)
sorry for my bad english...
So How do we fix this???? or plz fix this ....
