HOC draw event for World Boss

during HOC events we usually have a drawing event where we get a chance to win clothing and other stuff??? I cant see one on my screen WB in 3 hrs??

I think that the world boss drawing event has absolutely nothing to do with HoC

Sometimes events change, if wb event wheel was out before with hoc it does not mean it always will or sometimes things dont show up at the start of bigger events.
