    I need Help with my recharge please!

    hello guys long time not coming here well i got a little issue with my recharge i get 500 diaz like few mints and im still not get it please always when i recharge i get it at the moment would you please check that for me If u need any information let me know on the comments please

            i dont know if is a issue but my other 2 rechargs i get it when i refresh the game but this one no i did the ticket here is the case in case you can do something thanks
