For the last 2 events of Beach Treasure, I have not been able to refresh and they always require diamonds but I have card points too. Please help.

Take a look on your left ( where the prizes are on the Good luck Beach tab ), and see if you have checked a prize.
If you selected a prize and you do not have the diamonds for it, you will not be able to refresh, doesn't matter if you have or not shell point cards.
