LvL 69: How to get more Garnet Herosouls?

I would like to get an Astral Child for a rage build with Nerieda, but cannot figure out how to gain the 200 Garnet Herosouls I need to purchase her. They are no longer offered me in my Tavern card draws.

u can get garnet herosoul from divine chest which u get from cross server war.

they should add an extra draw feature so that higher level players can get opal and garnet herosouls if they want
