    precious rewards arent working

    I just purchased this morning and in the time frame aloted to receive the reward 30k in diamonds and I cant get the precious reward for an extra 30 k in diamonds
    ign upurs server s106 minacity could u please send me my 30 k I n diamonds thanks if u check ur records u will that I purchased them and u guys owe me 30 k in diamonds it was on 2015-02-11 at aprox 7;45 am my time or 11;45 ur time thanks again

    Have you done 500 points on Tidal Pool?
    We had incidents where people thought it's a bug/problem, but they weren't done with their Tidal Pool.
