    Gauntlet bugs 9th Feb. & other issues at Withering Fen

    On the 9th February there was a series of bugs happening in Gauntlet that affected several players in Withering Fen (S231) server:

    1. During Gauntlet, about the time the last wave was taking place players reported not being able to attack wolves (an error message appeared saying "it was already killed" or words to that effect).
    2. Some were booted out of Gauntlet before the last wave ended, even though the Guardian had plenty of health.
    3. Several players, from several guilds, complained they did not get the Gauntlet rewards in their in-game mail as they usually do.
    4. For those doing Gauntlet Hell, the XL pack was never sent likely due to bugs at 1 and 2.

    Other bugs already reported and common cross-server:
    a) Team Arena bug for which there was no compensation yet
    b) Faction chat - seems to be fixed
    c) Private Messages - now working albeit still bugged (trick is to keep typing so the other person can read your messages)

    Personally, I had problems referred in 1, 2 & 4. It would be nice if all players at Withering Fen (S231) could have some sort of compensation. I think that's all for now. Thank you.

    Yes, she/he is definitely right. I was in the same gauntlet. But unfortunatly Didn't recive XL pack.
    Few of guildies didn't even recive overall reward.

      The XL pack should be in mail, or after getting it please check the inventory to see ( having it on All tab )
      For Bugs like no TD/TA, after they are fixed we do not have anything to do with compensations.
      The compensations are decided by the devs.
      PM Chat's are still bugged, but will be fixed.
      As for Gauntlet, if it's still not there, please submit a ticket with screen-shot, saying your problem there with every detail.

        Thank you for the fast reply Gurothos, but the issues during last Gauntlet affected all the players in the server thus the general report already detailing all the bugs - cross checked with other players in my server to do the bug list. It would be nice if the above message could be sent to those who deal with/fix the bugs, that's the point of reporting bugs in the forum right? Thank you again

            Yes Gurothos, most players either had one bug or another, or all. I can't provide any screenshot but surely there must be some sort of way to verify. Thank you so much for your help

              That's all I needed to know.
              Issue reported.
              I will need to ask for your patience now until the issue will be fixed ( and maybe a compensation, that I don't know ).
