Valentina is the most expensive of them all, so there's that to consider.
I think Valentina and Divine Angel are only worthwhile when you use them in conjunction with earthshaker - essentially, you let them hit the other party's high-agility members and that'll allow earthshaker to target them. If you're just going with one of them, earthshaker is probably best for damage. -
