What is wrong with valentine event

I am trying to get some stuff in Vanlentine event shop and the only thing I get is a message ; This event doesn't existe .....

Is this normal ?



Otherwise I cannot collect anythng yet from faction war the faction position is on pending



Neither can collect from the war ranking :



Loki is suppose to be 1st




And why was the Battleground quests focus on 3 of LOKI cities during the 3 battles. We had all 3 other Faction on us during the intire event.

The Divin Realm doesn't load

and

by the way will faction remain as they are ( would be nice since we made nice contacts within factions)

Valentine's shop is only open from 16.02.-17.02.
and the Devine War prizes can be collected at 9:00 am server time

OK I see that now never had this before ....

What is the purpose of timing sales and rewards collecting ? If a player is at work during the time will they get their reward mailed ?

When R2G doesn't allow friends to help friends .... (nursing accounts)
