BR and angels

Wasnt sure is something posted this before, but need some explanation.
Some time ago we have same BR out and in battles, reasons are more or less known ,dont want to start discussion about this again, thing i wonder now is Angel worship buffs count and how? Since unlocking them with worship points dont raise our total BR and BR isnt change when entering a battle (well, at least shouldnt be changed but sometimes i get lower BR in fight than i have in towns, allways on CS, but sometimes it happen in other events like totems, garden or abyss, ammount of BR difference change daily)
So if that dont affect total BR and it isnt change it when entering battles, is it working at all?
I cant imagine how raisng hp 6+7%, dodge for 1k, mdef or/and pdef by 5% etc dont change BR ammount at all

it could be nice to hear something from any GM, since i get alot of answers from players with totally oposite opinions

Worship buffs don't affect BR at all for some reason, but they do work - just put on a max hp buff and check your hp in battle before and after you do that. BR is kind of stupid and I have no idea why sometimes I get +4 BR from opening my inventory or whatever, but.

Same here. I socket and unsocket the same gem onto the same piece of equipment and get 17 br...
