    Diamond recharge failed

    Hello.
    I recharged 1000 diamonds yesterday, and my credit card has ben charged ... but nothing appeared on my account. No diamond and no bonus for the recharge. How could I get any compensation ?

    Tried to refresh and/or wait a bit after the payment? Sometimes it can take a bit of time to process.

      I recharged yesterday evening (11.30 pm), and I already reloaded the page but nothing happens ... Usually I don't have any problems with recharging.

        I have the same problem too...i know it's a holiday but maybe someone can handle this situation? This is bad timing especially with spring carnival going on. I hope someone can fix this as soon as possible or it'll be very disappointing... This isn't the first time...

          Go to account and check the recharge history, than check the date, and you will know if you did a recharge in game or not

            i'm sure i did because i can see it in my mail...:'( this is disappointing...
