Srping Roll Collection in Hot Events

I can't collect my Spring Roll prizes in Hot events despite reaching 600 points in Erebus, well of course i can't provide proof since opening the Hot Events window will close the Erebus Window.



Also even if you say i need 600 points and might be lying, then shouldn't the counted points be listed/written on the number requirement like the ones circled in red?
I also tried refreshing but still nothing.

Does it show the 600 points on omnipotence? maybe you can screenshot that as proof .

It doesn't show it either . . i think placing a "Log" for Erebus might be useful to see the previous activities.



But i can collect the one from All Around Talent.

Well you must reach 600 erebus point in single attemtp, if you havent then no reward

I always check my points after the blitz

Blitzing Erebus most of the times grants you 400/500 points, but I never saw to give you 600.
You can do that on your own ( and need luck too ofc ).

i get 600 pts on erebus for manny times by blitzing so its possible
