Our Nirvana Meter is at Level 4, almost Level 5, but we cannot collect the Level 4 prizes. I spoke to a few others on my server and they said they're having the same problem.

When the Nirvana leveled to 4, you can collect it even if you already collected the previous level on the same day.
It can be a little " bug/problem " instead of level 4 to have collected the level 3 ( yes, it happened in the past but I believe nothing can be done with it. )

Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you saying that when our server's Nirvana's meter reached level 4, it allowed us to collect the level 3 prize a second time instead of the level 4 prize? Or are you saying we collected the level 4 prize already but due to a display problem, it is only showing that we collected the level 3 prize?
Either way, I don't recall collecting any prizes when the meter reached level 4. When the meter was level 3, I collected the prize with no problem. But half a day later when I looked again, it was already like this.Last edited by mekumeku; 02-17-2015, 08:19 PM.Comment

Yes, it most likely let you collect the L3 for the 2nd time because it happened in the past to others and to me as well.
I have reported the issue but nothing was done yet, plus the devs atm are in holiday due to Chinese new year, so things will work a bit slow for the following 2 weeks.
