Been the third time since divine realm became active that CoM in divine realm hasn't worked for me at least. Any chance of fix and compensation for lost items ?

Hi,
I have a problem with Cross-server Clash Of Might. I don't Know if I have to start a new threads, So I post here. I have the same message each time I won a fight. Victory rank unchanged. My rank stays unchanged, I can't progress but if someone attacks me I lose the rank. I join 2 screen shots also
I forgot to mention that we have been merged recently with the GMT server, after our server ua22 has been accidentally merged with the US server Divine Realm.
On the last screen shot you can see I am unranked. I should be ranked 216.

No point even wasting our time reporting this **** anymore.. they don't give a damn! Been said enough times they have no clue what they've done regarding our server! No idea how to fix it, no idea how to even cooperate with their players, no idea what compensation even means! 7 weeks to fix one problem for us and what do we get.. 10 more, and kick up the *** and told to put up with what happens.Last edited by kiowa29; 03-17-2015, 06:50 PM.Comment

Took 7 weeks to move us in the right place now we wait for another 7 weeks so that they could understand that something has'nt changed and everything is improving bury buggs

Well, I'm having the problems too in Divine Realm, My alliance's gone, Rank unchanged in CS CoM. So any idea when this is gonna solved ? Please don't just fast in collection our $$$ but please have the same fast respond in fixing stuff.
