We actually have no idea when the Tarots will be open again. All we can do is wait for the developers to decide.

I can't wait for the dev to open and upgrade tarot so that all player that use bot/scripted browser/3rd party program to get high score (30k-100k daily) realize that they can never do it again.

yea but we need shop from tarot cards ......or put hugin's power not only in the events ..... i need them .....

IS THERE ANYTHING YOU KNOW FOR SURE? Nothing seems to work well, the game is going down but you people are sooo relaxed about it. So while us players fight daily with the buggs that are never fixed, all you got to say is: "we have no idea". How nice!
