    cross server domination

    what is this event exactly? At 9:30 server time (1 hour and 15 minutes ago), there was server wide message that cross server domination will begin at 10:00 server time today.

    There is no mention about any cross server domination on these forums or even ingame (apart from that server wide message).
    At 10:00 server time, nothing happened. Not even server wide message, or any open event. Absolutely nothing.

    I think you mean Cross server Tournament, and it opened at 10:00 AM but it's buggy unfortunately.
