cant attack in cross server just get log failed refresh browser

The system will not let you fight other players.. makes for a very hard time with just mining.. have done 3 of the cross servers in the last 2 days.. it makes it so you can only mine which isn't fair to everyone who can beat the other players that have figured out that they can stand in front of the mines and not be killed.. please fix it
