    Invisible Treasure Chest reward?

    This is at least the second time (maybe more, they go by so fast) that I have received a L5 Superior Gem Chest in Treasure Hunt without it making it into Inventory...I checked Gems in case it self-opened, also tried refreshing server, still not there. First time I thought it might be a fluke but this makes twice I'm sure of, perhaps others. Halp?

    Hmm, have you tried to look on " other's " tab and " All " tab as well?
    Also, are you sure you were the one that received the gem?

      Yes, did go through all Inventory tab combos, both before and after refresh - and no, not in this case, but on at least one other occasion it was from a solo run, so that one at least should have turned up, lol.

      On another note, the 30-unit stamina packet awarded by (in this case) All Around Talent in Hot Events does not seem to function for me : and again, I have checked to see if it came in a chest as the 5-unit ones from Guild Feast awards do (which work fine), and again, tried refreshing/rechecking. These have never shown up - I just never got around to posting about it, as I was never so low that it was critical, but it would be nice if it processed in correctly. It is "normal" stamina, isn't it - not for some specific area that does not go into the main reserve?

        Well, S234 is a EAST server, and it might have to do with all the other problems EAST servers have ( no CoM,arena,solo arena, raiders, td, etc. )
        We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed.
        Other reason I can't think of for these problems to come ( and you being on a EASt server, your " dissapearing " items and gems/stuff can be from this problem. )

          I see - well, as long as they're being worked on, we'll just try to be patient (at least I will, lol, can't speak for all), and have faith for the future. Thanks for all your kind assistance!
