*** Sorry if i get this post to the wrong place but please hear me out..thank you for your attention!

Issues : After clearing the final stage of dark abyss level 170, the whole screen went white with a grey caution sign in place centred in the middle of the page. Some while later, I couldn't log back into the game inclusive of logging out then re-log. Today after which I finished dark abyss, I then encountered FATAL ERROR before log into my account.
The problem here is, I want to know whether this dark abyss has any thing to do with this fatal error. Now, I am not sure whether my personal data in store and account is safe or not.. If you could, i need some assurance please..
Screenshots : I do have the dark abyss photos, if you are into this case... and also fatal error (Occurence of RedisException) In terms of fatal error, i think it is preferable not to disclose cause more to personal account???
