zodiac bug still not fixed

    zodiac bug still not fixed

    Recently i got the anoying zodiac bug that gives you database error.
    i read in this forum that all i had to do was send a ticket and it would get fixed.
    well i send 2 tickets and after a week(since first ticket) its still not fixed.
    this is costing me serious recources now becouse this bug also means i cant do my loops
    (costing me the loop bonus in hot event and the loop res itself) and other stamina related things.
    from a rough calculation i already lost 5k aegis 100 angeltears (prolly more) 40 hoc vouchers loads of gold and several other recources
    can you guys please fix this already

          and yes i cleared cache everyday even given the support link to this post so they could check the screenshot

              they do nothing so it seems. Bad attitude from the creators. i have the same problem and i have proof too but listening ? they do nothing...

                  update: still broken really starting to lose patient been a paying customer yet i get a broken game this is not cool
                  already lost over 3k diamonds in value of loop rewards alone and that is just the loop reward lost track of the huge amount of recourses i lost,
                  and then the fact i dont even have to try to get enough points for events like tycoon let alone win it (something my varda is clear proof that i am a serious contender)

                            still wondering tho am i to be compensated for the huge losses i got the recources are just 1 part of the loss.
                            but the event losses (especially the 30 loop bonus) really hurt and have costed me a huge amount especially if you calculate it into diamonds.
