    Over a month still no fix to Zodiac/Loop Bug

    Well here I am again people still not working the last I heard anything was on the 26th of Feb saying to be patient and they will fix it in priority. Well I what is bad is I am seeing others who's tickets have went in after mine being fixed as well as my ticket moving from Open to pending many times an at the moment is back on pending. I would not mind this if the error did not keep me from progressing in the game I am unable to do loops, instances, or able to even up grade armor because I can not get the materials. I will post my ticket again it is for Randain on Amber Heath ticket #265856. I have already canceled my vip because it is not worth paying if the game is not working where I can play. Thank you for your help again All I want to know is what the problem is and why is it taking so long?

          This is what I received today in my email and it still is not working I did send an email back. Is this normal?
