    i just recharged 2000 diamond and didnt not get to collect ( the precious ) and not in recharge reward !!!!!! only reason i wait till today ...any fixes i send ticket get form letter
    i got my paypal accout open and ready to show to prove i recharged

    ah did u do tidal pool ?

      At The Precious event, always check if you have done the required amount of points from Tidal Pool/Gemology before recharging.
      Precious works fine, and will work fine, only problem it can be that players do not pay attention if they have all the points required.
