Some bug it happent when 2players atacked mob in same time

You started LH Loop quest while making a TD, wrong decision.
As for that issue, when 2 players attack 1 mob/monster, low/medium chances for 1 player to get disconnected ( but still receiving the TD chest ).
Nothing can be done about that, just avoid going on a mob all 2/3 together.
