    I need a supporter with a brain

    I have now for months not been able to logon normally.
    And not 1 of the supporters that have responded to my ticket, have shown the slightest intention to do anything to fix the problem.
    Are there any way to get in touch with a supporter that has just a little intention of doing his/her job?

    Can you please give me more information?
    Did you logged with FB or email/username?
    Do you still remember your email/password?
    What does it say when you try to log, or what's the error/problem you get?

      I try to logon with email/password.
      I used to use username, but now it says i need to use bound email.
      When I use username it says to use email. When I use email it says password is wrong.
      The only to login is to use reset password, I've done that like 20 times now.
      This has persisted ever since I support to bind the email.
      Even tough it says unbound in account manegement.
