compare cool down

hi im a vip 9, i was doing my compares then suddenly i can't compare as it stated i need to wait 30 minutes cool down. do compare have cool down? and if they really, do vip 9 also needs to wait? never happened to me before till now.

I dont know that there is a cool down on compare either. Most likely it is a bug.

There is no cooldown for compare as far as i remember ,did you happen to take a screenshot?
