dont think they came out with the exchange for those ones or the upgrade, just gotta use them as lvl 5 or keep them in your bag.

There is nothing you can do about Level 5 Mattack + Dodge. No upgrade, no syn, no exchange.

Currently lvl. 5 fused gems cannot be exchanged.
