It has already been reported about the collection problem for day 5 in gratitude. Everyone whose been affected by this needs to be patient. That is all you can do at the moment until they fix it. They are currently working on it.

Can't Collect LoA Award

I am an active subscriber VIP 7 and yet I am unable to collect the last reward from LoA Gratitude II. I was able to collect from LoA Gratitude. I had refreshed several times and cleared my browser cache.
