I have a question, are the unused HoC attempts (from used card lotto vouchers) kept for next times event is on? Ty for your answers.

If you mean for the next time HoC appears, no.
The attempts must be used before HoC ends, if after that you still had attempts, they will not be there when a new HoC will begun.
