Purgatory Aries

I have access to purgatory aries yet everytime I enter the first battle never starts. it also does not show attempts remaining. I would like to get past this point any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. this is before doing any blitzes. and its been like this for a few weeks.

I had this same issue too, apparently when you run up to it, you actually do fight it, it just doesn't give you any indication that you are. I got it to work by just running up to it and exiting and re-entering a bunch one day, and having apparently beaten the mob, it eventually spawned the second mob for me, even though it still didn't have an attempt counter display.
