I have 2 characters gone... One was level 67 Aloisa and 63 Demira....could someone please help me get them back? One was S248 and I cant remember the other server.

When you login and go to the servers, you'll see somewhere " My servers ", those are the servers where you played on.
Please check them and you will find your account there.
