As the description says increase attacking/healing effect by 30% whenever a crit is deal, max 3 times each battle.
The effect is not in place as i tried using compare using seraph's helm and heimdall.
I am still doing the same amount of crit damage in battle when it suppose to let me deal 30% more crit damage.
