zodiac bug

Guys,
I already opened 2 incidents reporting the bug in the zodiac. I am sick of opening new tickets and yet no result. Its been for one month and i cant do anything. If it will continue like this i will just quite on game, same will do and other players.
Fix it if u want we to continue playing
