Regarding 1st Recharge

I have recently did my 1st recharge of 500 diamonds and in the "Diamond Return" column I was able to collect the diamond bonus of 200 diamonds.

Does that means that if I were to recharge my 1st 1000 diamonds the next time, I will still be able to collect the diamond bonus of 500 diamonds?

If not, what does the "Get a Diamond Bonus for each 1st time recharge!" means?

Even though, I have only collected the diamond bonus of 200 diamonds, why does it shows that I have collect all the diamond bonus?

"A" Singular, "1st time recharge", if you "lost" your 1st time, will the next time be your 1st again? lol Joking.

1st time recharge mean 1st time recharge, second time recharge doesn't count.

Anyway, the icon should be gone by now.
