Can not collect rank reward in gemologi, pool and raiders. Writes: prize already claimed. But it is not in the inventory, and the button continues to shine.
And not only I have this problem.

It's just lag, you've already collected it, check your inventory. It's happening on a lot of other servers, you're still getting the reward. But I do agree that it's incredibly annoying

Also, when it does that you can go back and reopen the gemology and it will show you claimed it.
