That was for the coins, not tickets.
Coins are very, and I mean very easy to get.
Tickets are not, and tickets are more useful than the coins.
Someone can gather tickets over and over till they make the required tickets for a SQ, or imperial prints, Raphael, Elena, Phoenix, etc, which is not that simple, as much as all of us would love that to happen.
