    No upgrade bonus for mounts

    Saw an in game banner stating hero and mount upgrade system on!

    Went and upgraded my mount to L19 and did not receive the bonus in hot events.

    Server: S120
    Character: Spamster
    Mount: Iron Cockatrice
    Level upgraded: 19

    Please provide the 500 Seraph's stones.

      There wasn't a mount upgrade event in months, only Hero upgrade.

        There was an event banner that said "hero and mount upgrade system on!"

        In fact the banner still appears today

          It's always better to look at the event as well, and their description, not trust the banner.
          I reported that and will be edited/taken out.

            I sent 5 ticket 5 times, and yet it still wasnt fixed, in place they continiued to misslead players
