Dark Abyss Bugged

Hello seems that there is a probleark Abyss when i enter to challenge after ending this is what is get

nothing and they don't give collectable point

and this is the look that have the screen after fight

always they don't show me the friend that i select for fight...

grey or opac..and i have to refresh screen all time...
